Push A Hole

GMTK 2021 Game Jam Entry.

A Katamari Damacy + Donut County mashup that probably nobody ask for! Play as two linked cube controlling a hole, and sucks all the failing cube from the sky. Be careful, having too many cubes on the stage will lead to game over!

Control:

WASD - Control left/blue cube

Arrow Keys - Control right/red cube

Sidenotes:

Whew, my first GMTK Game Jam, or more precise, first 48hrs game jam ever! I should probably spent more time with it though, since I think I only spent like 14hrs working on this game. Things could have been prettier for sure, at least not this kind of prototype-y default cube as it is right now. For the gameplay, I had many ideas, but actually implementation and making it's fun is a whole other things...
